Thanks to all!
I think now I will start to make an appropriate battle board to bring everything together.

Thank you Malebolgia!

Back to my project: I just found this two miniatures on Ebay: the Djinn and the Efreet from the Icons of the Realms Set 3: Rage of Demons from WizKids. In my opinion their smaller miniatures are often terrible - flat faces, little details, bent arms - but the larger ones are not so bad. And they have interesting models.
I will use the Efreet as major demon for my summoner and the Djinn for the "Genie in the bottle" scenario.

I have painted some constructs for my enchanter. On the left are the original Frostgrave Miniatures. On the right I have painted some of my older miniatures as metals-constructs. My idea was, that the originals are ideal to represent the constructs, which a wizard can construct in the wilderness of the ruins with the materials he finds there. The metal ones however are from the golden time of Felstad, so they should look more advanced and at the same time much more antique.

Your reasoning is sound the beautifully complicated constructs are a thing of the past and thus wandering or guardian monsters in Frostgrave now. You have a nicely painted collection there.

@kidterminal: That's the idea!
As the last tower I wanted something really impressive. So I started with the marvelous Fat Dragon Wizard Tower.

Then I added some detail. I'm pretty pleased with the outcome.

An advantage of this piece of paper terrain is, that you can play in every single floor.

Yes. The core is paper. Then some additions from foam board and some Hirst Arts blocks (e.g. the dragon skulls).

Thanks!
The following building is more or less from the same materials, but completely scratch built. I wanted the facade of the Town Hall standing still intact, while the rest of the building was destroyed by the cataclysm.

Yep impressive. Did the architect have a breast fixation? ;)

Seriously though, love the colours and the details.

Uuuuuuuu - I have never looked at the domes from this perspective.  :o
Perhaps the architect was simply a relative of Bloody Stupid Johnson from Diskworld and actually this wasn't the Town Hall but the meeting room of the Young Men's Reformed Cultist of the Ichor-God Bel-Shamharoth's Association? I should consider to add some pink tentacles :D

In every case: glad you like it!
