That's looking very good and Op5 is right, it does transform it completely!

Maybe the ends of the sash need to dangle down a bit more, otherwise perfect.

Did some more work on this. Pretty much finished now, though I'm thinking about sculpting a hat to go on the base.


While I had the greenstuff out, used the rests of it to turn this old glory ECW casualty in a wounded musketeer/cardinal's guard.
