Hi

I´m very glad for the news that Fire Forge games will release a complete new range of figures, Medieval Russians

What I´m most exited about are that there seems to be a box of Plastic Russians Infantry in the plans, as well as extra minis in Resine. You can read a bit more and find a 3-up picture of one of the new plastic minis at my blog.

I've got to say I've got mixed feelings about this..........
It's brilliant that they are producing Russians BUT they could have done so before I built a Russian army using metals!!!!

Really looking forward to seeing these (the 3-up looks very promising). The skirmish rules sound very interesting and hopefully will be of the same production quality as the Deus Vult rules.

On a side note, their Crusader and Arab metal archers are very nice indeed!

Logical way to go, as they are obvious opponents for both the Teutonic Knights and the Mongols.

I think I need to either complete my Chivalry rules (and study warfare in the east) or find a good skirmish ruleset with stats usable for the Russians...
