The banging of bone clubs on shields can be heard in the valley.

Beautifully realised and very evocative. If I could put a 1/100th of the flavour of your battlefields in my own 25mm LOTR, I'd be a very happy man!

I only discovered this thread today, so apologies for my necromancy!

This is simply amazing. I can't find words to describe how amazed by these outstanding dioramas I am!

Been a bit lazy recently. Instead of painting or photographing i have been wasting time playing World of Tanks. Loads of fun, i am so good at dying fast!
Anyway, took some photos of my elf army that i am happy with.

The Elven Host
Lothloriens warriors leaving their forest home.

Large 15mm/18mm elves mostly from Eureka miniatures, character/leader minis from Demonworld(Ral Partha Europe), and chariot from Rafm (if i remember rightly).

The miniatures, scenery and composition are united in a beautiful picture. I am certainly inspired by your work!

Where did you get two Moses' statues from?

Thanks a lot.
I picked up the two statues at Crisis In Antwerp a few years ago. I am afraid i can't remember the name of the trader but i think it was "(something) Terrain".

The Great Beast

Orcs from Angmar with one of the great beasts of the Northern Waste attacking the Forodwaith tribes.

Barbarians are from Copplestone Castings Barbarica and the orcs are from mainly from Khurusan with a few Demonworld thrown in.

After i made the mammoths for the orcs and Forodwaith tribe i decided i needed something bigger and more impressive. I could not find a big hairy looking beast in the size, look and price-range i wanted so i built my own.
As you can see it started out as a "Dogosaur" - a mix of a cheap plastic dino head glued on a dogs body (i am sure there is a dogs-body joke in there somewhere :D)
A little greenstuff made the head hairier and blended it together.
