I have an interest in Napoleonics but not quite enough (yet) to go all out on a big army and really liked the look of the Perry plastic Dragoons. Rather than buy an entire box I decided a couple of sprues off ebay to use for Sharp Practice. Anyhow, I got a little side-tracked and decided to mix them up with some GW Dark Elf Cold Ones to make some "Real" Dragoons!
They are painted as 2e Regt from 1812 with a home-made banner.
Hope you like them.

I might stat the up using a combo of Song of Drums and Shakos and Song of Blades and Heroes.....

Regards

How unrealistic! Everyone knows the 2e Regt from 1812 rode lizards with dark green and not blue stripes.  ;)
Great idea, beautifully done and painted :-*

Nice ,I had tried front rank English on some seekers of slannesh once, lot of filing work to try an  get them to sit right,so lost interest and I think they might still be in the loft.

Great Job! I love fantasy napoleonics. I did some english beastman years ago. This makes me want to revisit my old project.

Awesome stuff, one of my very last projects in my waning days of 40K was an Eldar Exodite force...based on an old codex from 2nd edition.  Was using Eldar figures on the same cold ones you have there.  Halfway through the project I realized I had no desire to play 40K anymore and sold them off.  Was having fun putting them together though.

You're mad, ... sort of - like the rest of us (incl. me), I suppose!  lol

Is there a special scenario, setting or story you try to support with your creation? Or did you lose some kind of bet?

Please tell the story behind these figures!

Cheers
