Libertad O Muerte Questions

Fist I must say that supplement is very good ,the book cover the problems wich I have with the main rules and give me a good overview of the SCW.
Also I think that no Army is over pwer like in manny other rules I have see.
I am sure the supplement is a must have for a T+T player .

After reading a rule book I allway have some questions and after all it is the same with Libertad O Muerte.

So
1. where can I find what a ´´heavily armoured´´  vehicle is ?
Is that a impovised Armoured car , a Enclosed armured car or only Tanks, so wich of the pre-1930 vehicles is designated as ´´heavily armoured´´?

2. where can I find the Anarcho-Syndicalist ``Anarchist Demagogue`´special hero ?

I have not yet the supplement, I resist to buy it, since pressure from T+T, Anglian and LtHazel is much upon me, I don't know when I will surrender.

heavily armoured are tanks.

the Arnachist Demagogue will be available as a download add on. Actually you should not have read about him in the LoM but I forgot to delete him. So he will definately come and he will be special with an extra character card. Sorry for that mistake.
