Watched this the night before last.
It was... strange.
It's like they wanted to do a B-grade western with at least somewhat of a real budget, but had a sixteen year old kid bombed out on acid write the script. It's also a little bit like Army of Darkness in the sense that it was preceded by several movies starring the same character, where they sorrrt of gave a damn about staying in genre, but finally reached a point where they just said to hell with it, and did whatever they figured would be cool... which is what a sixteen year old kid would generally do anyway.
It's certainly worth a watch if you're into comedically bad movies. Just be warned, the trailer actually makes it look significantly more coherent than it really is.
By the way, the song in the trailer is not in the movie. It took me a while to figure it out, but it's Bob Seger's Heavy Music.
