Too many bugbears...
« on: October 28, 2015, 05:49:49 AM »
They were fun to paint. Some D&D figure repaints lead by a huge Reaper minis bugbear!

Thanks

True indeed... unless you're a first-level character in D&D  >:D

I just realized that the big bugbear in the middle is non-metallic metal. The littler ones all have metallics! Interesting to compare... but don't let my lackluster nmm skill give a false impression! :)

Nice job on these. I just picked up a couple of Reaper Bugbear blisters, and it's always good to have a well-painted reference.

You never outgrow your need for Bug Bears, especially when they are done up in as an OUTSTANDING a manner as these Guys. FANTASTICALLY WELL DONE!

Awesome...I have two more Tre Manor bugbears sitting on my table...can't be bothered to finish them.  Maybe I will.  They're definitely large!

Cool! I think this is the first time DnD style bugbears really have a look of their own to me. So often they are the one big guy among the goblins.

Excellent work on one of best of the D&D critters! I still wish someone would sculpt bugbears that look exactly like the old Errol Otus illustrations: http://thedelvers.com/2011/meat-eaters

I would be all over those!

They look a lot like the Otherworld miniatures ones...

They do base most of their sculpts on classic D&D art.

Wow great job on the bugbears. Is that the metal or Bones Bugbear from Reaper?

Check out Otherworld miniatures.

Oh, the Otherworld sculpts are great, really great, though I would actually like them even more bug-eyed!  ;)
