Romano British Warlord
« on: November 01, 2015, 01:32:57 PM »
Hi all,

as my website is down in the moment which is a real annoying annual occurance as soon as I pay my yearly subscription renewal fee  >:(  I still thought I show you some of my latest projects I was working on in the last few weeks.

I was asked by a collector from the US to paint another Version of Foundry's King Arthur figure. He added another horse and asked if I was able to create a different shield desing for the figure as he read somewhere that Arthur's symbol was somehow connected to a Bear. I came up with the design by using inspiration from varjous late roman / early chrisitan designs which I found online.

Well, I hope you like him. All comments are welcome

Kind regards

Sascha

The two flowers and the dandelion are plastic and from Busch Railway accessories. The scale is for the HO system but they work perfectly IMO. They are hand painted though  ;)
