New Year – New Forum Member

Greetings from Gloucestershire!

As a long time lurker I thought I’d finally take the plunge and actually start contributing to this wonderful forum. I’m a 35 year old grognard married with two young kids and am currently living in Tewkesbury, (though if the rain keeps up I may be washed out into the Severn estuary).

Usual story, started in the hobby back in the late eighties/early nineties with the classic Heroquest and progressed on to Warhammer Fantasy and 40K. More recently I have also dabbled in historical wargames, mainly Saga, Flames of War, Hail Caesar and Black Powder. I’m ashamed to say though despite all this time in the hobby I’ve yet to paint more than a fraction of the vast piles of lead and plastic I’ve accumulated over the years…

However I’m hoping that 2016 is the year that this lamentable state of affairs changes!
