Thanks, guys-there will be more-but nothing quite so big and exciting for a while-got to get a lot of infantry and the like painted before I attempt another big scratch build :)

What I've been up to since last time. Three infantry platoons- Royal Guard (a mix of Perry Austrians and Victrix British), Venusian Highlanders(Victrix Napoleonic Highlanders) and Jungle Legion (a mix of Warlord Zulu Wars Brits and Perry Sudan Brits). I have a lot of painting to do.

'Cavorite gravity engine'-which reduces the weight of the machine by 90%-allowing the T-rex to be able to carry it ;)

That makes sense.
But how do they steer?
Will there be a stick with a goat on it hanging in front of Rex's face? Or a skull cap with electrodes?

What make is Rex?

The latter makes more sense but I like the goat idea a lot more XD

The dino is from 'Papo'-who are a French toy manufacturer. They make excellent stuff and I'll be using more of their figures in future I think. Another big war engine mounted on the back of a brachiosaurus may not be out of the question. This channel was useful in informing my purchase (videos like this are handy for judging rough model size)- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=niZF7OYbAL8

Brilliant concept superbly executed! :o :-* o_o ;D

I don' t know which method of control I prefer, the electrodes offer a crazed mad scientist connection, but the good old fashioned simplicity of a goat on a stick, tickles my funnybone! lol

We need AARs ASAP! :D

BTW, Where did you get the guns?

Update-the Rhino artillery are well underway. Just need to paint the crewmen for two of them. The guns are from Victoria miniatures-very nice models, not too expensive and they threw in some exras- highly recommended :)
