WOW I wish I could paint them as well as you have.  :o

You painted the eye's in the 18mm figs.   o_o

These are great miniatures though and even more humble painters like myself can do a reasonable brush job you can see a couple of pictures of my attempts below. Your finished versions and your photography blow mine away.

Wow, you have done an amazing job with those figures. That center figure in the added Cardinal's Guard is incredible with well painted eyes, highlights and shading on the face, and gradation in the hair.

I am curious about your camera settings and lighting at this scale, if that does not constitute a thread hijack.

I want to see the civilians pack once you've painted those up!  And the coaches.  You do have those, yes?  If not, order them up and get them painted for us all to feast our eyes upon - and maybe use as a painting guide.  I have the entire range, mostly x 2 except for the heroes.  One of each version of the coach.  But none painted yet.  Your thread may bump them higher on the painting que.

You might approach Old Glory about letting them use your painted figures in their online catalog - who knows what they'll say but can't hurt to offer.

Very nice and the replacement swords are well done.
I have the range and really struggled to get the mounted figs to fit the horses
