when is KKBB

I just got my KKBB sets from Copplestones and they are great.  The one set piece I bought to tryout was the missile control desk.  Its well made and cast, with little if any flaws but it seems a bit big for the figures (no so big that it can’t be used)
The figures are great also well casts and full of deceit and intrigue.
But I have a question KKBB is suppose to be 1960s spy stuff and the new soul patrol set which look great mind you are what looks like figures based on shaft (early 1970s)
So is there any difference in what KKBB is suppose to be and Ranges like the Geezer figures and Dirty Harry and Starsky and Hutch.  Does KKBB go from 1960s to 1980s or does it matter.

I don't think it matters. I believe the figures are based on the 1960's - James Bond, the Avengers etc, but he has stretched it into the 1970's for the Soul Patrol figures. The Geezers are defiantely 1970's but when they are painetd up, I think you can get away with setting your games in any of the time frames mentioned.
