Any ideas on the best mini to use for Uhtred from the Saxon Tales books?

Thanks for the suggestion. I would really like a mini that includes a helm and all of his "battle glory".

It's been a long time since I read any of the books about Uhtred, so I'm not to sure what his battle glory is. Please don't tel;l me in the later books that he starts running around with nothing on and his todger hanging out!

How about Eureka, Beowulf's bodyguard in action pose:

I'd suggest another Footsore mini from their early saxon range,Saxon Nobles pack, the image on their site for that pack shows the middle figure, wearing a wolf tail helmet and cloak, mail shirt, advancing with sword, job done !  :)

Another suggestion from Eureka: http://eurekamin.com.au/product_info.php?cPath=87_126_142&products_id=11678

I gave him a simple head (& weapon) swap and he looks great.

Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

I like the head and weapon change.  That has improved the miniature a lot.

Very nice conversion, did you use a plastic head?

It is a nice conversion but Uthred should really have a sword. Either Serpent breath or wasp sting.

I like the footsore mini that Romark suggested.
