Nice start, looking forward to seeing this one unfold.

By the by does Posh still have a house in Spain? I thought she and Becks decamped for Los Angeles?

Can you tell me what your texturing mix recipe is? I never seem to get it looking right when I try to make a stucco effect.

Thanks chaps  :)

Is that foamed pvc boards you're using?

Nope, just normal mounting board and foamcore.

That's why it'll be a bit run down but very expensive  ;)

For this build it's a mix of Sandtex masonry paint, fine sand, powder wall filler and wood glue. No idea as to the respective amounts, just whatever looks right.

Finished the basic painting for the building and timber. Got some weathering to do on it but that'll be at the end when the other building and remaing walls are done. Looks a bit washed out due to the crappy English bank holiday weather  ::)

Brilliant mate!  For all the timber and texture and stuff, its the different coloured bricks showing through the plaster that do it for me.

Is it going to be a flat roof? ???

Not wanting to take over this thread. However, I thought people would like to see some figures that I have been painting to fight around these buildings.

Thanks, I have a blog here...
http://fuerteeldiablo.blogspot.co.uk/?m=1
It is just a fun wee project using the fantastic
Perry range of figures. I know very little about the
Period but do like what I have read so far.
If there is enough interest...I'll start a Carlist war thread.
