GUYS......My foray into esoteric periods includes revolutions in Europe 1830-1866,  one of these is The Hungarian Revolution 1848-49, these are the latest to come off Steve Barbers Sculpting table and also include an Austrian Grenadier

This is a generic figure that can be used for both Austrian and Hungarian line as well as Grenz troops, he will also suit Croat troops. Pics below for ref as well as image in Osprey book on Austrian inf 1836-1866

Thanks Helen, but thanks needs to go to all those who have contributed info on uniforms and units involved, therefore making Steve's sculpting more evocative, for ref material has come from many sources some easily known as well as other information from obscure tomes........these fuel the hunger of those of us who game esoteric periods.
