Indian Mutiny project - 07-08-16 update
« on: June 02, 2016, 12:47:06 PM »
The combination of Sharp Practice 2, Iron Duke Miniatures and Mutineer Miniatures proved too big a challenge to resist. So a few weeks ago I started this new and exciting project.

The difference in this project to other Sharp Practice games is that I will be using groups of half size - so a group of regulars is 4 man strong and not 8. This is because I am getting both sides of the conflict and the amount of Rebel forces compared to British/Company is huge - so this way I am saving some money.

A lot more details and images on my blog: http://londonbymidnight.blogspot.dk/2016/06/indian-mutiny-new-project.html

This is one of my "When I win the lottery" projects.  ;) You're off to a good start, and I look forward to seeing how it develops.

Excellent start to an excellent period! Hard to break the 'sub continent' grip isn't it!

Looking forward to seeing this one pan out.

Nice work  ;) ;)

Finished the first of my Mutineer forces - these minis will be used as Well-ordered Sepoys in the Sharp Practice rules that I will be using.

3/4 of the force are from the wonderful Iron Duke Miniatures range and the last quarter are from Mutineer Miniatures.

Finished the last minis this weekend - have ordered more though  lol

I have also made the decision to skip the half-sized units and go for full size, which is the main reason behind ordering more. More information on the blog: http://londonbymidnight.blogspot.dk/2016/07/indian-mutiny-update-badmashes-rebel.html

Here are the photos of the minis, but I also took some new of the other units - those can be seen on my blog.
