Thanks guys! The Hopkinsville Goblins terrorised a Farming family back in 1955. I'm in two minds about the One Eyed Venusians rifles. Do we think they look too big? I'm thinking of cutting the long barrel off? What do you think?

they do have the great 50's ray gun look, but yeh I'd go with slightly less or no barrel as opposed to now, perhaps just put the end of the barrel where it starts instead - so no long barrel but still has it's end - if you see what I mean

  I know what you mean, if I shorten them it would be so that the end of the barrel is now the coil.

It is well documented that one-eyed Venusians always used long-barrelled ray-guns!

They look fine to me.  Just painting some Hydra Miniatures Robot Legions and they have long-barrelled ray-guns.

Invasion X is all about the well documented facts. I'll leave the rifles as is and let customers snip the barrels if they see fit.
I'll just make sure the anal probes which the Venusian scientists will have are the correct size.
