A useful European town
« on: August 11, 2016, 10:50:29 PM »
The finished project: a northern European town that will serve from the 1740's to the 1940's. It mainly uses Hovels and Ainsty resin castings, mounted on sectional 3mm MDF for storage. Its a wargaming project, not a scale model by the way.There are several entries on my Blog detailing how I got to the finished town. Here's a link to the last one ~

A sample set of pictures ~

There a several more to see to get the feel of what I wanted from this wargaming terrain project, do pop over and see the full effect.

And will the mayor be Mr. Bicklesburger?   lol  Or will that be a local restauranteur?

Very nice.  Like it a lot.

Collecting a bunch of buildings that will to do multiple duty in my own collection - from Vikings/Robin Hood right through at least to pirates in the Carobbean Sea, maybe even later.  Certainly also for Three Musketeers gaming.  Mostly exposed post and beam type structures.

Two questions;

How did the panzer 38(t)’s driver hope to squeeze his tank out of that double door?  lol

More seriously, where is the "Napoleonic coach" from?

Very nice work and very useful set of terrain! 8)

A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://www.kingdomtitans.ca/us/
