Nice them, G!

Thanks dwartist

I've started work on General Hammond now, he's also the last miniature before moving onto terrain/objectives.

Nice brushwork on Hammond.

What is the MALP based on - is it scratch built?

Lovely project Giger.

Is the MALP is scratch-built? Getting tempted to try my own version of SG. Anyone make P-90 armed troops?

Its from Ainsty: http://ainstycastings.co.uk/index.php/cPath/59/sort/2a/page/3/osCsid/b849720d79c49cc31deb43353614603f

It a mix of 'Buggy B' lower half and 'Utility Unit' upper half. I did the masters for the buggies and designed the halves to be interchangeable.

My take on the MALP used the 'Buggy A' lower half (added a comms dish):

My FRED used 'Buggy B':

2023 Lead Tally: Acq: 560 Ptd: 056  Total: -504
2009-22 Tally:  Acq: 3293 Ptd: 905  Total: -2388

Thanks chaps and thanks Overlord for the link, I could remember it came from Ainsty but not what is was called (making it hard to locate on the site).

Cheers, looks the part. Thinking about it, I've still got some of my space opera resin buggies somewhere, so I'm sure I can knock something up when I eventually get around to my SG teams.

Thanks Dezmond - the guys themselves don't look anywhere near the part of an SG team. I guess some scratch-building is in order.

Thanks Dezmond - the guys themselves don't look anywhere near the part of an SG team.

They are just equipped for heavy combat on a world with a tainted atmosphere!

(Hasslefree who make the SG1 minis seen above have a couple of P90 armed generic trooper bodies with separate heads and backpack options:-

Or I could make the effort and look at HF's site (it's been a while). Thanks Dezmond.
