fantastic - I really love the qualityof the finish too - it's not that absolutely flat matt but just ... lovely, preferable. The figures really pop.

can you share any details? How you get it so consistent as well.

And what paints you use (if there's one range you tend to use).

The finish is Daler Rowney : Acrylic Medium : Soluble Matt Varnish

Paints are all sorts but mainly Foundry and Vallejo

and I'll agree with Din on the latest one.

thing is - quite apart from the beautiful painting - you just know these are going to look great on the table-top too - really pop.
not always the case with top-level painting I suspect.
