Well done Helen - a very fine collection there! :) Great basework too.

With the exception of a few Maltese done, I haven't had the ww2 vibe for now, though I used to do esci 1/72 many many years ago. The Mediterranean area is my favourite.

Gorgeous stuff Helen!  :D
I've been working on Italian campaign stuff myself. Is that the 65mm mountain gun you've got there? in (I think) the third of your pictures? May I ask where you got it since it's not Perry or Blitzkrieg?
Have you considered using the Empress Italians in Adrian helmets? Apparently these were quite common in the 2nd line units in Sicily.

Thank you Eclaireur. Yes it is a 65 mm mountain gun from Brigade Games in their WW1 Italian section. I've been thinking about the adrian helmets to which I would use the Perry Miniatures French Heads.

H,
even if you don't want to use the Empress Italians in adrien helmets they do sell heads with those on separately. You could then graft them onto your Perrys. I shall look for one of those Brigade Games guns  :-*
keep up the good work!

Hello, just a quick update on additional vehicles for my Sicily/Tunisia 43 collection. Some Perry Miniature conversions made to some of the crew shown. John Hart made the Sdkfz 135 Marder 1 using the Neucraft Lorraine and scratch building the upper structure and barrel assembly.

The Opel gun truck is a made from using a dremel on the Perry Miniatures Opel Truck and placing an AGN flak gun on the back.

For Phil Robinson: Phil, I've finally used one of the fences you sent me along time ago. I think it worked out well with the Italian traffic control. Thank you ever so much!

More to follow during the winter period.

Thanks for looking.

Great stuff, I like the the motorcycle combo base with the dismounted rider in particular.

Good use of the Irregular Miniatures fence too :)
