Thanks for the report!

What's that central ruin on your board?

It's the LOTR Amon Sul (Weathertop) resin piece from Forge World now OOP.
Available on e-bay for £450 or so.

I've only used it a few times so brought it out for some fun.

The nearest I've seen is this:

Wandering stars, for whom is reserved, the blackness, the darkness forever.

yes I have several of their other pieces and they are good quality and can be used for a number of games.

I hope to deploy one of their other pieces (now OOP) this w/e.

Haven't tried chopping them around though I have seen others do this - the foam is very sturdy and comes with static grass already glued on.

The second game of the day - The Genie in the Bottle.

https://thelostcityofcarcosa.com/2017/02/13/fg-the-genie-in-the-bottle/

This time the Genie did turn up, only to fight against a somewhat prepared minion.

Second battle JP and I had: Field Study

https://thelostcityofcarcosa.com/2017/02/28/fg-field-study/?iframe=true&theme_preview=true

Total disaster for me, with most dice rolls against me, plus a self inflicted wound of not having my war bands costa on my laptop, and then I managed to kill the Golem meaning no XP for any of the wizards.
 :(

Two more write ups to follow this week.

And the last game.
A bit of an experiment with a difference of ~20 levels between the Wizards - has anyone else played such a game, if so what were the results ?

Finally, an update, of a game JP and I had a couple of weeks back - house moves and an infected leg have slowed me down.
