Alan (Tipstaff), and Old Mother Parma completed the min campaign"The Blade of Barael" today

https://thelostcityofcarcosa.com/2019/10/04/fg-baraels-blade/

I fully expected to be whipped on this one, but it turned out very different to what either of us expected.

I spent time distracting the Half-Breed to allow OMP to teleport to the throne, and get the blade.

Due to time constraints I had to flee with the treasure rather than hunt down the Half-breed.

This write up is a year late, but I thought I'd better get at least one scenario written up before today's session that will finish the mini campaign off.

Enemies without number - lots off barbarians between Shazzam ! and the treasure.

I have the second scenario to write up yet, and then there'll be today's scenario or two to write up. Digital cameras - friend or foe ?

It's a friend to me, but you need to make sure the lighting is good, in order to see the details better.

Unfortunately, the lighting is not under my control, JP's dining room is north facing, and as per today if the weather is inclement, the light levels are rubbish, and I have to manipulate the images as best I can. Similarly, Alan my other gaming friend, has a south facing games room so I have the opposite problem where light is coming in strongly from one side.

This is why the static photos of figures I have painted are IMHO better than the more dynamic photos of games in progress.

When I am galactic dictator this will all change weight a perfect games room with lots of lighting and a professional photographer, unlike my own amateur efforts.

Game on Monday, Alan found a scenario on LAF called Doppleganger.

https://thelostcityofcarcosa.com/2019/10/28/fg-doppleganger/

We each had a doppleganger infiltrating our warbandsd.

https://thelostcityofcarcosa.com/2020/01/10/frost-fayre-2019-morning/

Two tables, two games, morning and afternoon, often people like to use d20'er spent one game using a d20 marked 1-10 and wondered why he wasn't rolling double numbers ! DOH !

A return to the Thaw of the Lichee Lord for Hashpot & Henrietta.

https://thelostcityofcarcosa.com/2020/02/02/fg-the-bone-wheel/

I sent the dog in to keep Hashpot busy, but a wizard plus a bear ()animal companion) is a bit too much for a lone hound.

But then the war hounds always die in our games. !  :D
