Cheers Bloodaxe. Let us know how you find the mats.

What additional fighting styles and/or animals would you like to see? Not promising anything, but always interested in feedback.

I didnt know that the set included so many already. Good stuff.

murmillo
secutor
retiarius
thraex
hoplomachus
dimachaerus
crupellarius
cestus
veles
sagittarius

Ive seen the battles on your blog.  Really cool stuff. So Id say maybe include lions, bears, equites.

Really wish i could find a reasonably priced 3d arena.

Thank you for listening.

I've been trying.  Goes for ridiculous prices.  I've heard it might be getting re-release.

Very interested and will without a doubt buy it once available.

Only suggestions I could make is adding a Provocator as it was widely used especially in the later period.
An Arbelas/Scissor might make a difficult opponent for most, not in the least retiarii and looks good. While it has never been proven that a Cruppelarius ever entered an arena, the Arbelas or Scissor could be a nice substitute.

Don't know if a Laquearius would be very different from a Retiarius playwise. Perhaps slightly longer range?

Equites ( not exactly a 'type') but simply mounted gladiators (mostly hoplomachii- like ones as far as I know)

Panic, Chaos and Disorder. My job here is done

At worse, I can just create my own beast profiles based on existing Gladiator stats.  I really want to thrown in some lions/tigers , and bears (oh my) as i have the models & think they were used historically.

Cool.

I finally got my cards from DRIVETHRUCARDS.  They are just like playing cards. They are high quality, not too flimsy, good colors.  Im happy with the product and cant wait to play a few games.  I have an arena, some tokens, roman numeral dice and some 28mm (unpainted) gladiators.  Time to throw down.

Sorry, I've not had a chance to check in for a few days. Delighted your happy with the cards. They are a great quality product, even if postage to the EU/UK is a bit... extravagant.

I really hope you enjoy the game!

And yes, Edu's blog - Hetairoi Wargaming Blog - has some great posts for the game where he substituted a few gladiator types and amended some other rules for special situations.

Im in the USA , so shipping wasnt a problem for me. I think it was $12 or $14 shipped. Good quality cards. I think I'll get another set for a friend.   Maybe a print yourself option would be something to look into for overseas customers.
My preference would be to have gritty art instead of cartoon art. But its not a big deal.

Aye, there is now a print and play option direct from Ganesha.

I don't have a gritty artist... ;D
