Got a couple of sets of the cars.  Lovely stuff.  Didn't get any mud guards though.   Will they be available to buy seperately does anyone know?

Also, what is the difference between the new and old style cars?

The mud guards are actually a design by Scurv, made to go specifically with the buggy he 3d designed. I printed them and got a couple of casts as part of the feedback process and discovered they work really well with the cars in general. I'm not sure if Nic is planning to include them with any of the standard sets or options, but he is a very approachable guy and I'm sure if you email him he will sort you out.

As for the new bodies. Basically, they are re-does of the original ones which were hand sculpted. Their proportions are generally the same but they are a bit more detailed with more period accurate hoods. I'm particularly happy with how the grills turned out, the new grills are inset rather than proud and function as a plug hole for a modular system where you can pick from 3 more distinct grills.
There should also be a very cool "hero car" coming in the form of the golden arrow land speed record vehicle. It was a bit of a pain to design but I think it will ook really cool on the table.

That is the tits and I love that monster grille. That sucker is ready to mow goons down.

Yeah I was very happy with how that turned out, I think I'm going to make a 30's bat mobile with that one myself!

We should have some ready for Salute and then hopefully a release shortly after we get back to Melbourne.
Love what Scurv did with the Car In Orange

I almost got my twin seater finished but then I got a kidney stone and have instead been writhing in utter pain.

Nick has said there are motorbikes on the drawing board. I'm really rather liking the look of this range.

Yes! There's a terrible shortage of 30's style motorbikes in proper scale.
