Trundlematic Kinetobots released.
« on: December 05, 2016, 03:28:34 PM »

December sees us release these quirky little steampunk robots into the world of Steam & Aether here at Meridian Miniatures. Grab them hot out of the foundry here: http://meridianminiatures.com/trundlematic-riflemen?search=trundlematic

These are great little minis. Lots of fun. Picked a pre-release set up at Salute.

Now I'm picturing a steampunk version of "Silent Running", with an aether-craft studded with Crystal-Palace-sized conservatories filled with exotic plants...

That's a great idea! - Members of the Martain Geographic Society are bringing plants back from the red planet, including a grove of Liftwood (in an effort to start a forest on Earth, at Kew). When an accident (or sabotage!), takes the aether ship dramatically off course, and it has to be saved somehow.
