World of warcraft - a tauren reminiscence
« on: December 17, 2016, 11:32:09 AM »
In the game "World of Warcraft" players can choose to play a race of bull-like creatures called Tauren.

They have a typical style of buildings too.

In this little project I tried to make a taure-style hut together with some tauren-like miniatures.

These are some screenshots from the game which I used as a template.

This is the result.

For the miniatures I looked for "minotaur" and found some sculpts made by Reaper.

You can buy them made of plastic or resin. I took the cheaper plastic guys.

Here they are out of the box.

Here are the guys together with their housing.

Too old to Rock'n'Roll, too young to die, perfect for tabletop adventures;)

I don't play WoW and I'm unfamiliar with the Taurus but you've done a great job there!

Nice work on the hut.My wife plays WoW and scenery in the game is amazing.Would make for a great miniatures set-up too.

There were some Tauren in the Clix type game that they did a few Years ago.Might be worth checking Ebay to see if you can get a few.

That's alot of BULL!

Really wonderfully done. There is a lot of inspiration that can be taken from video games.

You did a great job on the hut!
