Thanks, guys! I suppose practicing is paying off  ;)

Excellent work, any news on a release date?
Not yet!   :'( The caster is having lots of work and he is taking a lot of time to cast my lot. Some models have been already casted, but the whole thing should have been done weeks ago (or a month...). Moreover, a bow broke and he has to send it back to me so I can repair it, with further delay on the whole process  >:(
On a possitive note, I'm using this time to finish the Pawnee so I think I'd be able to let them to be casted together with the Crows.
The day before yesterday I got some photos of some of the castings. The pictures aren't great but if the quality is so high as in case of the test casting I got I think they'll be great  :) Well, good things come to these who wait, I guess  ;)

Wish me luck with the whole thing! I'll inform you as soon as I know more about it  :)

The Pawnee look great, very distinctive and a good contrast to the Crow. :-*

Thank you gents! I'm glad you like them!

Thanks! I'm consciently somehow exagerating the national features of each indian nation in order to achieve several distint looks that can be tell appart on the battelfield :) Glad it shows!

Sooooo, can we have them for Christmas????::) :D

lol Well, the day before yesterday I'd have said "YES!" but today I'm not so sure: there is a problem using homemade resin pieces for miniatures: when these are casted it can occur that they have some minor inner bubbles that give place when under the big preasure of the casting process. That has ocurred to my figures so we're having some problems that need repairs.

Yesterday I received the first half of the minis. Sadly, there are three models with these issues and I have to repair them and send back again. The same will probably occur with the other half of the models...
Because of that I was very frustrated yesterday and was even thinking about giving up...but I have though that it's better to do things good and slowly than trying to speed up things and ending with unsatisfying results on time. That's why I don't want to venture and say any release date at this moment.

Moreover, I'm not sending the Pawnees to the caster at this point, since the Crows need a bit more of work and we better concentrate on this before moving on.

So, chi va piano va lontano! I don't know when they are going to be available, but then they will be the best I can offer  :)

Here you can see how they are looking (the ones with issues are not in the picture  ;))

They look really good. Keep going, despite the setback, take your time. It will be worth it in the end. :)

The figures are too good for you to give up on them.

Thank you for the support guys, much apreciated  :)

Well, I have some news: after talking to my caster and to another ones it turned out that my figures are sort of uncastable. Well, not uncastable as such, but they tend to deform slightly when casted because of the home-made resin castings I used for some parts so they end for example having big heads or bigger size as intended and a lot of more issues I'm not happy with...besides the problems I commented months ago...

After much thinking I have come to the realization that the best solution is to sculpt them again. The caster agreed with me on this as he was having a really hard time casting the minis. So I want to use this chance too to make better some things I wasn't so happy with, and to improve some hard-to-cast poses. I expect the final figures to be better aswell as I have learned and practiced a lot since I began this project.

I have already begun sculpting some armatures and I hope to be able to show some progress at some not very distant point  :)
