Hey he looks pretty good! I will have to grab one.

The game has actually extended to cover ALIAS as well now, thanks to my girlfriend... she's going to be my main gaming buddy on this project anyway :P

Like every great gaming exploit, it is going to start at the docks.

Stay tuned.

Should be interesting as I don't have any miniatures to play with yet! lol

Alias and 24,  you are ambitious, but I like the combination.

For a way to fill out your miniatures collection try Heroclix figures.  You can find a variety of modernish/,militaryish figs amongst the superheros.  Clix figs are also very easy to do minor conversions.  For someone like Sydney, who wears a different outfit every turn, clix figs can provide a way to make several versions of the same character.

Just a thought.

That's a good idea. I have many of them in two big boxes, but I was never quite sure of how they fit with 28mm figures. Of course GW are slightly on the chunky side for comparisons, so I might have to go back and have another look.

I've started a small-ish Jungle board about 50 x 60 (cm!) with a dock at one end and some room for a compound/hideout and lots of jungle tree bases in the middle!

Should be good.

I've settled for a selection of Foundry figs which I hope to put up in the near future!

Ooh and I also found some amazing $2 plastic army men sets with a truck that's perfect for 28mm... and some other nifty vehicles.

This is starting to look like it's going somewhere :D

These don't look half bad! Anyone have any?

They definitely look like they're worth picking up for a game like this, and I don't think anyone makes anything similar...

If you can hold your breath a little longer, there's an even better suited version of Kev to be released from Hasslefree:

(the centre version) :-*

They are the old tactical Miniatures 'swat lite' figures... (& very nice too!) I don't know who bought the rights to their stuff now that they are no longer trading... I know hasslefree had some of the hostages...

Yeah that middle version of Kev had me quite interested... I hope I don't pass out though ;) Can't wait to see how he turns out.

In the mean time I've got a few Copplestone KGB Agents from KKBB to represent various "casual" CTU agents and others.

There seems to be a bit of a drought on SWAT figures. While I like the idea of modular SWAT figures the Eureka ones don't really do anything for me (unlike most of their other stuff which I think is great).

This is a really fun genre to get into though, never thought I would... there are many movies out there for inspiration. Hopefully the CR 3.0 rules are as explosive as they are hyped up to be!
