Most impressive.

Good to see the casting process with this behemoth of a subject too.
Most educational.
Thank you.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

It has been a while so here is another progress report, so I stole a few moments early today to get these photos posted - hope you like them!

Jeff at Fortress Figures has gotten all 3 of the Trojan House sculptures molded.  I made the buildings with a little more of an eye on production, and so they were more straightforward for Jeff to make hollow.  This required 2-part production molds for them, below are some photos of the process:

The Large House:

The Medium and Small Houses:

Here are some pics of the first batch of castings:

So we now have some castings - just enough for a small town-section behind my wall.  I'm hoping for a few more yet, to make it truly a metropolis, but this is a good start!

I love trawling some of the forums sections for periods I don't game...because it lets me stumble onto 10+ page threads with brilliant projects I've never seen.

My thoughts exactly. But Elbows seems to display a bit more restraint than myself. This project looks so wonderful that I'm tempted to look at the Foundry Trojans and Mycenaeans.
