I have no problem with you updating non-modern stuff on your blog. Most of us game a multitude of periods. Ahem, often TOO MANY periods... lol

That said, it's amazing how looking at other stuff suddenly explodes from "a box of figures" to "oh no I have so much to paint"

Anyway, this week's post is now up! A new range impression is up taking a look at Eureka's ANP range.

As always, its on the blog at https://hntdaab.co.uk/blog/2018/07/20/range-impressions-eureka-anp/

Excellent write up the Eureka ANP range.
I have these figures (not painted, what else is new for me.)
Like Mike Demana, (hi Mike) I have way too many periods to paint.
With the butterfly in me, am all over the place.
Some day, some day. lol

I too have those figures, it is good to be reminded about them.

I planned to paint them as regulars from a post-Soviet republic.

The cycle comes round again, time for a Wargaming Week update. I even got some ultramodern guys painted up.

Interesting to see the scenery previews. What are the red stacks?

Three months count as instantaneous for me ^__^.

The Frostgrave figures are a bit addictive, the sailors add some additional features. Other useful sets are the old GW Empire Militia and the Warlord Ancient Celts. I look forward to the Oathmark humans.

I think the red stacks are grain sacks or something similar

I'll have to get another thread open for ChargeDog's adventures in Fantasy for more discussion. Especially as more figures arrived today :|

Today's post is now up. The last of the Range Impressions for July is actually a new impressions piece on the Empress Bundeswehr range.

Useful read, added both references for painting Bundeswehr to my bookmarks.

It would be nice if Empress added some more German vehicles (G-Wagens and up).

Thanks.

It's Monday so it's time for Wargaming Week!

For all Dungeon Crawling talk, I've set up a new post over in the Fantasy section http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=110960.0

Interesting read. Are you going to have an SF thread?

Eventually I'll set one up once I have the post together about it (so probably in the next couple of weeks)
