Very nice indeed. Suits the figure well. I'm looking forward to seeing some aerial encounters in your bit of Atlantis,.

This bit of kit was lost in the Atlantean Cataclysm.  Think how useful it would be now in 1890, as the Venusians struggle to maintain their rightful colony against the British interlopers.

this looks absolutely amazing
how did You do it?

Technically it's the Venusuans who WERE so advanced it's scary, but that was 20,000 years ago.  These are hangers-on trying to a) get rid of these bloody Brits and b) figure out what happened to their civilization and/or Atlantean colony.
You, sir, are not allowed to attempt a takeover of the solar system until your octopus sobers up.

I'd just like to say how glad I am to see the thread still going; my own plastic Easter egg Martian Kites are languishing.

This is just the tonic to get me going again!

Thanks to all!

Rossyuk: You were asking in a Yahoo! group, right? Sorry those few suggestions didn't work out. Most of us don't seem to have 'plans' as such. Feverishly mad delusions seems to be the 'norm'...

A few months late, but my British Aeronefs took a bronze at the Reapercon 2010 painting contest.
