But too small.... 

The vast majority of Star Wars kits in the market, either licensed or unlicensed are 1/4222 (based in the original MPC/ERTL Star Destroyer) or 1/2256 (based on the Revell Republic Star Destroyer).

I know of a number of garage kit suppliers that are thinking of adding 1/2700 kits to their range, but if you want to build a project, rather than just a solitary star destroyer, it's infuriating.

BTW, if you want one, don't buy off fleabay at the moment, as there are plans to distribute them in Germany, which should bring the price down considerably.....expected April (?)

Regardless of actual scale (which is easy to ignore in aviation-esque games) it'd make an awesome "backdrop" piece for a game of X-Wing or any of the tabletop versions.  That, or even better for a huge convention floor-scale game.

Funnily enough a "huge" Star Wars convention game is on my todo list, but it would be in 1/2256.  An ISD is 70cm long
