Suitablity for vbcw?

I'm looking to use these mainly for IHMN but I was wondering if some might double as these might double as thestart of a rural anarchist band. How many are really unsuitable as interwar figures? I'm guessing the one in the top row with a bowler hat. http://northstarfigures.com/prod.php?prod=5725

To me the two top right 'Anarchists with clubs' look very Victorian, the others I think would pass for interwar quite happily. Maybe with a little reduction in moustache size?

Personally they all look fine to me....people have always worn clothing (and moustaches) outside of the accepted norm of the day....

The early games of VBCW were about bringing whatever you fancy to the game, so I wouldn't lose any sleep over their clothing....after all we've had units wearing cricket garb, clowns and even war elephants....

Nothing wrong with those figures for VBCW, I have a group of Victorian gents, shortly being replaced by 1920s gangster types for a gang in my VBCW

Backstory is key: Perhaps a group of aspiring young communists/theater types have decided to take their politics off the stage and onto the streets?

I've always had an idea of my force being led by the local re-enactment society, a bunch of bored, eccentric(they are wealthy so cant be crazy) noble/well to do types so I can have them dressed in a variety of costumes(allowing met to use what takes my fancy).

I love this set of anarchists.  They seem to generally fit an eastern European ghetto contingent battling the BUF.  I did some conversions.  Not yet painted but I show the raw lead.  I added a couple figures to get to my "company" strength
