I really love your work on these. Chibis are not a style I was ever particularly into but your work really raises the whole genre in my eye! I envy your smooth and bright colours, which are perfect for these figures!

Thanks very much, Gibby. They're really interesting to paint too. And of course you get to use colours over large surfaces which we rarely get to use at all!

Yo, peeps. Happy Sunday afternoon. It's almost dark outside already. Kraziness!

Anyway, here's Rex and the Fire Flowers (band name!):

Can't say I painted platypuses before. Certainly not anthropomorphic ones in armour. With such prominent teeth. There's something unsettling about a beak with teeth, right? But then I think anything non-human with human-looking teeth is kinda unsettling.

Hope you like the ...creatures above.

Anyway, next up: Frog Knights! Riding chicken-like birds.

Like the new encounter groups a lot! Chibi and anthropomorphic animals are far from my wheelhouse, but still I hope the other manufacturers making foxes and otters and such will take note and put out a platypus of their own!
