Seems this issue is occurring again with me. Likely Outlook does not like the new forum address like it did previously. Anyone else not re=ceiving inbox notifications in their emails even though they have the box set to "always" for receiving them?

(I've turned on popups regardless as I'm on here pretty much everyday)

After the change. My notifications started going in my spamfilter. Have you checked there?

After the changeover, my notifications kept ending up in junk mail. Only when I added the new address to "safe senders" did this stop happening; wasn't enough to tell Outlook one email wasn't junk to get it to recognise that others from the same address weren't junk either. But since I added it to the safe senders list it seems to have been fine.

Not sure if this is any help to you, but just in case...

Well they were never ending up in junk however adding it to safe senders has worked. Thanks all :)
