random fantasy stuff (update 3.1.19)
« on: March 23, 2017, 08:45:03 PM »
After not finishing anything for several years I returned to the brushes in 2015 and finished a few pieces. Some of it waits for the day when my photo-fu improves while most is buried in the oldhammer fb group. I´m sorry if you have seen most of these but I´m looking for a place to put them all.

Nurgle Champ

Chaos Troll

We want so much when we need so little. But the illumined man wants for nothing.

The body is from a greenskin wars warlord while the head is from the blight king box.

Some more evil fellows that were painted between larger pieces.

Great work.  I don't always love this style of painting, but you're cracking out some gorgeous minis.

I neither have tutorials nor wip pictures. The color gradients on the larger areas are done with the airbrush with targeted washes and highlights to add definition. The rest is just many layers or stippling over an opaque base coat.
