Looking good my friend! I see you've fallen into the same trap as me, assembling those plastics is so enjoyable that it builds up to quite the painting queue.  lol lol

Some great kitbashed figures, I dont know if its just me but the HBO Ironborn look like out of work miners to me?I know they have deliberately made each house look different, Starks grungy almost dark age, Lannisters pseudo Samurai, Ironborn just wrong for seafarers! I'm sure Martin has sanctioned these stylistic atributes, but its so far from the books it really grates with me at times!
Many of the minis I've seen on here (capt Blood, Frank)  are far closer to my view of what Martin writes about.
But thats the beauty of this type of modelling its whatever you want it to be, and I've got so many ideas for my own Lannister/Stark/Tully forces from the superb stufc I've seen on here.

Its been a long time! I've been busy with Inquisimunda and SOBAH but here are my lannisters almost finished.

I have to base and vernish them. I also need to paint my 3 HQ.
You can see spearmen, pikemen, swordmen, archers and sergeants. If you look closely, you may see my ed sheeran dude who will always be in first line to die quickly

They work really well to approximate the look of the Lannisters from the HBO series... clever idea to use the Gondorian bodies in this way. Bravo  :)
Agree about Ed Sheeran. What a pointless and frankly pretty useless cameo appearance that was  ::)

These look great!
I have some spare Gondorians knocking around that don't fit in with my take on LOTR, and a plethora of spare Perry heads... I'm feeling another kitbashing session coming on. I do need figures to represent the Kings Landing city watch (the goldcloaks). Time to hit the books again... >:(

Brilliant kitbashing! I am surprised at how well that red works on the Lannisters. Great job!

 :)

Sure,

Red Priest : frostgrave wizard arms and body, Victrix german head, GW sword (wizard I think)
Lord of bones : Frostgrave cultist head, frostgrave barbarian body and arms, oathmark goblin skull
Whitewalker : fireforge folk dead head (a lady head), mantic zombie body and arms, mantic northmen spear cut to become a sword and fireforge dead knight horse
