Mad Science! Painted 28mm lab-coated loony and minions
« on: April 09, 2017, 08:00:52 PM »
Latest project, first of a bunch of Mad Science weirdness I'm working on.

Reaper Mad Scientist with Galvanic Psycho-Impeller Rod and a half-dozen biology experiment minions, aka Deadlands Hell On Earth wormlings from Studio 2.

Really like the sculpts on these figs, especially the Mad.

He really looks like he's enjoying himself.  Then again, I'd probably be pretty happy if I had my own Galvanic Psycho-Impeller Rod and a horde of twisted pseudohuman servants.

As a mad scientist myself I can tell you minions need a firm hand to control them otherwise they're always trying to eat someone!  These are well done!   :D
I am not a quack!  I'm a mad scientist.  There IS a difference!

Usually one's self, unfortunately.  It's almost like they resent being transformed into unholy abominations or something.

They didn't come out quite as expected (I was originally planning on opening a live bait shack) but they do have their uses.  Mostly dragging one's detractors away to meet a grisly fate in the bowels of the Earth, but they also come in handy for feeding the giant mutant robins.
