That big fella really tops off the unit in style.
A simple but very effective conversion, he 'looks' like a scout with his underslung gun carriage.

Those are great. Well-painted forces like that were what drew me to the hobby all those years ago.

Thanks guys! I'm with you Denatus- I love seeing interesting forces with nice colour schemes. That was always my favourite part of attending tournaments.

Glad you like the walker Mason. I've considered making one for ages, ever since I first saw the article in the Citadel Journal back in 1994. Nice to finally get round to it!

Thanks everyone!

I've parked the Eldar for now (I will probably revisit them in a few months) to focus on getting my Necromunda chaos cult finished off.

Next off the painting table are my cult demagogue Jakob and his faithful servant Wretch:

Jakob is built from the torso of a Gorkamorka mutie mated with the robed legs of a Warhammer flagellant, with a few other additions. Wretch is a gretchin assistant with a modified ear and resculpted tunic.

More uglies inbound! A guy with a long rifle for long-ranged sniping, and another ganger with an autogun.

The sniper guy is a conversion from another Gorkamorka mutie torso, while the ganger is an unreleased figure sculpted by none other than John Blanche back in the late 1980s!

Lovely conversions and painting. Definitely tell they're muties - both lefties!

Three new cultists to join the lefties (I'm a lefty myself as it happens...).

The girl is a splice between a chaos thug and Necromunda Escher ganger, while the hand flamer/axe guy is a mash-up with parts from 4 different figures. The ugly guy on the end is another old chaos thug!
