Obviously, I should make some sort of joke about the 'Yule Log'...but I will resist and simply say, Krampus lurks behind the lavatory...

Agent Hornet springs into action...but too late! See in the background, Krampus has frightened little Johnny who has curled into a little pee-smelling ball! And with that Krampus stuffs him into his basket. Let's see that pesky Agent shoot now! Ha! He can't! (It says so in the rules...)

Unperturbed, Agent Hornet uses his Choir Book to devastating effect, belting out a classy swing rendition of 'Last Christmas I gave You My Heart'. Krampus recoils in disgust and runs off with Little Johnny whimpering from the depths of the basket. Who could not be moved by the sentiment of that magical song!
Also, little Baily has opened her present...a lump of coal! Krampus will be drawn to her knowing that she has been a bad little so-and-so. (in fact he has to...again, it is in the rules...)

Is it wrong...I mean morally wrong to use a bad kid as bait for an ageless holiday daemon? Agent Hornet doesn't seem to think so...keeping little Baily the furthest away from Krampus forces the monster to pursue her. And let's not forget tiny Udo who follows his bigger sister...the nice Government man keeps on singing to frighten Krampus...

'The very next day you gave it away! This year to save me from tears, I'm going to give it to someone special!' went the Agent. Krampus, with tears in his eyes retreats. Not to be seen for another year.  :-[

Alls well that ends...well, hold on. I see little Baily and her brother tiny Udo...but what ever happened to little Johnny?

Meanwhile...back at the lair of Krampus...looks like another missing kid and a Black Mark on the soul of Agent Hornet. The Threshold team are victorious...at the expense of an innocent young boys life!!! Makes you think...

Happy Holidays...!...?...!

Great stuff. Uncle Mike.
(Apart from THAT tune*)
 8)

That board looks wonderful, there are some fantastic pictures in there.
Pure fantasy eye candy.
 :-* :-*

I would love a bit more of a looksie at that shack that Krampus has run off to, though.
 :D

*Krampus lurks behind the lavatory....cant say I blame him with that racket assaulting his ears!
Apart from that ruddy song, that is.
If that nonsense goes around in my head all day, like it is threatening to, I shall be cursing you not Krampus!

That shack is a scratch build from our own Darth James, a Canadian swayback classic...and the roof is removable! I'll try and get some photos up...it really is quite good!

Sweet, sweet Krampus goodness.
Log.  lol
Television is rather a frightening business. But I get all the relaxation I want from my collection of model soldiers. P. Cushing

Thanks gents. This is a great non-standard game...good for kids as well ( :o... :)) Also, Mason, I feel your pain...this must be the most prolific holiday tune ever penned. I often sing myself to sleep with the Taylor Swift version...but for my money no one even comes close to the velvety softness of the Wham! version.

Sorry about the delay chaps.  I snapped a couple of quick shots after our last game for your viewing pleasure.
Due to our frequent west winds (Chinooks), old barns and wooden out buildings on the prairies tend to have a distinct lean to them as they near collapse.  Hence the inspiration for:The Slanty Shanty

The roof is removable and the interior has been detailed (broken glass, crates etc.)
Now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb...

Very atmospheric. Not creepy, but not settling - I like it.

The game was super fun...and hard to plan for the first time as it is very different from a typical SA game.

I was happy to use my Agent Hornet model finally and will now have to work to remove that black mark...luckily I should have Kato to help me in the future!

That is a seriously wonky looking building, sir.
Bloody brilliant.
Love it!
