@Michi, thanks buddy!

Finally finished the last 4 playable hunter miniatures from the Chalice Dungeon expansion, which also finished that boxed set (FINALLY!!). These 4 characters seem super interesting to play so I can't wait to try them out.

Moving on I will paint up the small "final boss" expansion "Hunters Dream". Particularly hope that the end game boss, the Moon Presence will turn out half as good as I imagine it. I also love the executioners that can turn up as wandering mini bosses in in the middle of a scenario. I will most likely NOT paint the 8 enemy hunters until the very last mini from the Forbidden Woods is done as those minis can be proxied by models already painted up.

This weekend I began painting up the Hunters Dream expansion, starting out with the final boss miniatures of Gehrman the first hunter and the Moon Presence.

On a side note, I also managed to secure all the remaining kickstarter exclusive expansions from a second hand purchase. While that makes me very happy as the game is excellent and more campaigns are most welcome, it also means that I just added some 50 additional miniatures to paint oh well, lol !

Finished the Executioner and Winter lantern miniatures, pretty much speed painted the minis as they lent themselves well to airbrushing and washes. I will start working on the Forbidden Forest big expansion next which has some reallyt freaky enemy types and environments in the game that I love.

Wonderful! I love the visual style of Bloodborne (both the video game and this board game offshoot), and your painting really, really does it justice.

Thank you! The board game is pretty damn good and one of my favorite games in my collection. I have yet to beat the Old Hunters DLC for the video game, got stuck on the Maria of the astral clocktower boss fight and can't seem to beat her. Elden Ring was a breeze in comparison  lol

Yes, I have never completed the DLC either. I went in quite early in my playthrough and found myself completely overpowered by those hunters that are prowling around the first part. I quickly fled, vowing to come back later, but for some reason I have yet to get around to it. :)

Yesterday I basecoated the entire Forbidden Forest expansion, been looking forward to painting this set up for a while. Really love many of the enemies featured in this expansion. The miniatures are also a lot less bothersome to paint up compared to some of the previous stuff. This evening I finished the Mad Ones and the Maneater boars.

Thanks Plynkes!

I have had a blast painting the minis for this expansion, such an overwhelmingly positive experience compared to the Chalice Dungeon box.

This evening I finished the Snake Parasites and Hemwick Grave Women.

Thanks for the very kind words guys. I'm very happy that this is one of the games that my wife enjoys to play (next to Cthulhu Death May Die) so the minis actually get to see plenty of action.

This evening I finished the last mini from the Forbidden Forest, the Shadows of Yharnham bost monster.

"Unfortunately" as my 4 year old son likes board games and likes to watch my miniatures I thought it would be a good idea to get him Heroquest  lol  So earlier this week I purchased a 1989 version of Heroquest to get the more cartoony miniatures and a 2021 version for the improved board, cards and terrain.
We have played a couple of scenarios that I made up adjusted to his level and patience, and now he is asking me "when will you paint my minis dad?!"  lol

So I promised him I would paint the four heroes for Heroquest next. So there will be a short break before I begin work on the next expansion. for Bloodborne.
