Post by: majorsmith on April 17, 2019, 07:51:57 PM
Been painting these for a bit, I’ve got another 40 or do figures to do, plus some buildings, a recent visit to Transylvania has just added fuel to my hobby fire too 🧛🏻‍♂️

Chris I used GW rakarth flesh, use a glaze of waywatcher green then worked up adding an off white to the base color

Wonderful painting.  Loved the contrast of the bright, warm colors of the Cossacks to the dark, wan colors of the undead and lycanthropes.

Cheers Major, I've been having trouble finding a decent vampire flesh colour  ::)

Nice work (can't say 'good' work)
I especially like the bipedal were wolves. Who makes them?

not sure whether to take that as a compliment or criticism!?!

But the smaller bipedal werewolf’s are from northstar, the biggest is westwind andthe other heresy

A compliment most definitely.
As you had done a wonderful job painting 'evil' creatures I didn't think 'good' was appropriate.
Carry on the good (doh! dunit again) work.

More stuff!
3 new recruits for my forces of good,  a Cossack (foundry), Agatha van Helsing (westwind) and Hungarian vampire hunter with silver sword(westwind). The nun was converted , given a flaming touch off a pulp miniatures torch hand just to look a bit more like a vampire hunter
