Nice. What is that awesome vehicle behind them? Or is it a fortification?

It's walking fortification!

Looking great.  Now I'm thinking about getting some Quar!

I too have been wanting to get some Quar but have always been held up by the lack of any enemies to throw at them with equal character.  I really love these figs as they look like they come straight out of some of the old Heavy Metal comics I read as a kid (my parents had pretty open minds).

Ditto. Then again, the last thing I need is another setting to have to collect and paint! :?

I am hoping by the time I have my figures painted ( waiting for the new Quar to use on my Behmoths  )

There may be something, though I had thought about using the bare heads and putting my own hats or helmets (I am thinking of cover caps used on furniture-looks like a WW1 tommies helmet)on them possibly also using a different back pack such as the ones form MOFO for their Falklands range (now Gripping Beast) that would make enough difference for me.

I will do thanks   , I think I need to go on a course to get this photography thing right. Sayng that I just laid the camera on the bench

I thought they would have been a bit fiddly to put togehter but having read through the forum at Zombie smith I did a few dry runs and they went together OK. Neck joints are the hardest and need to be drilled out a bit. I may have to invest in an electric drill after all this time as the pin vice made a rough finish. That and I tried to do 10 at once which became a chore towards the end  my fault for being so clever

Amateur. I pinned my Quar's hands to the arms.  8)

Okay, I was goggled after that, I freely admit. Might also explain why I only have eight of them done.

Alright, I now sound like a newbie   (which for this I am) how do you pin those little arms?

EDIT - the gluing of arms and things I do by building Scaffolding out of blu tack :D to keep them in position until the Super glue drys

Micro pin vice bit (I can't remember the size) and a cut-down staple for the rod. I used a steel dissection pin tool to start the hole, and took it slow. It was tedious, but now I'm confident they'll survive fair handling.

How about Eureka Anteaters and Camelcorps, in Foreign legion style?

Your Quar are cool I love the old Void walking Tank, great idea

And you don't need an enemy to fight the Quar.
Quar fights Quar its a big ol' Civil war
