But I've been to sleep since then.  lol
A long lunch hour & I would need retraining. :D

Fair enough. I forgot how to do stuff at work all the time. Google is your friend. Also why I keep a blog

Now that other things are done & dusted, I am ready to start.

My first thought had been inspired by some tiny clothes pegs
(about 10mm long). My build was to have been BCS, which
would have stood for, 'Borrowers' Chop Shop'. A workshop where
they convert items borrowed from Humans into more useful things.
When I sat down (yesterday) & thought it through I didn't think
it would be a goer.
So... I have decided to make something that would be of use in my
Sci-Fi 'world'. In a nod to the Borrowers' idea it will be
Werr-Orob's Chop Shop.
In keeping with my current mantra of, 'Use it or Lose it' I will raid my
piles of 'Useful' bits, starting with these. 8)

I wish I had a Dell Laptop in my bits box!   lol

Real life has been getting in the way of my entry, but here it is.

374 =View of the front
377 = View of the rear.

Apologies for a complete lack of 'in progress' updates & pictures.
I shall add those in the next post (Arse about face I know, so again 'sorry'  :?)

Finally what I should have been sharing with you guys for weeks. :-X

351/2  =  The arch, the first actual evidence of work. lol
354 = The 'box' which will become the main building. Held together with
pins & lacky bands (until the glue set)
355 = the start of 'bit finding' much more to come.
356/7 = Start gluing to the base
358/9 = Roof & bits go on.

360 = Some nice looking bits of sprue
361 = They become the framework to support the signage. (signs coming in the painting session)
362/3 = Broken coat hanger, cut & glued on.
364 = Found an off-cut of blue foam, so cut it up & made a section of old adobe wall
365 = More bits added from one of my oddments boxes.
366/7 = Some plastic stirrers that I've had for ages. Cut & applied to the dome.

368 = A bit of an overview of progress.
269/370 = An off-cut of foamboard scored & turned into another run down wall.
371 = Two plastic ends from the packaging from a new blind the wife wanted,
become 'bins' for more interesting bits from...'stock'  :D
372 = Front overview (progress)
373 = The 'Yard' is far too clean.
375/6 = Adding some more clutter.

378 = Bread bag tags & mapping pins for windows, up high as suites the Workshop vibe.
The shuttering is from an old piece of corduroy.

Now I shall rest, at least for a day or two, before the painting/signage gets done. ::)

That is one insane collection of odds and ends to fill the area.  Your bits storage must be... breathtaking.    lol
