LOOKIN' GOOD! The runes on the Dwarf's shield turned out TERRIFIC. The all black minis are rather difficult for these old eyes to focus on...you're just going to have to paint them up for a better view. GOOD WORK; keep it coming.
-
Good painting on this dwarf. :)
As i painted a couple of RBG dwarfs myself, i know how hard is to paint such small and highly detailed miniatures.
-
Stunning work on the dwarf
-
Lovely work :)

Superb paint on great models. I'll be following this thread!
Top job sir.
-
Wow!! I'm following these as well. :)
-
VERY NICE! I love the striped trousers.
-
Yeah the dwarf, the rogue... can't wait to see the grumpy cleric guy painted as well (looks like a great figure, from the work on the otehr two, I think you'll do it justice)!
That's a whole lot of awesome. Packed into very small packages!
-
There's a name for people like you me laddo, but I'll have to post it on frothers.... lol
Top notch work yet again, the dwarf is fantastic, but the other lad is shaping up to be a thing of beauty and no mistake!
-
WoW!!! :-*
-
Fantastic job on the dwarf!!!
-
:-* :-* Love these!!
-
I agree - an excellent job on some beautiful sculpts. Thanks for sharing!
-
Excelent! :D
And you just got to love RBG miniatures.
-
Nice work! Looking forward to progress pictures.
-
Superb painting on some superb minis!

look forward to these, lovely treatment 8)

Photo's a bit dark but you get the idea. Just need to do the base.

I should probably get some slap on that monk type fellow now.
-
Another cracker mate, fair play!! What red is that on the trousers if you don't mind me asking?
-
More, please.

Another cracker mate, fair play!! What red is that on the trousers if you don't mind me asking?
Cheers :D
The red was VGC Scarlett Red mixed with a spot of black. Quick highlight back up to Scarlett Red and then I think I added GW Dhened Stone for a lighter highlight.

I hope Tre uses your painted examples in his online store. :)
-
They look great.
-
Still need to dirty up the robes on this guy but thought I'd take a shot now anyway as I've done for the day and I'm going to strain my eyes further playing on the PS3.

Thanks for the comments by the way everyone. :)

:-* Looking great! Your thread inspired me to order some Aenglish that I've been putting off! I doubt I will get the same skill level, but I'll be giving it my best. lol
-
WOW!!! :-* :-* :-*
-
Some of the best painting I have seen on these minis.
-
The dwarf and rogue are fantastic. The striped pants are great.
-
The Fat Friar looks good already! Looking forward to seeing them all finished. :D
-
Oh, super job again, and what nice miniatures as well. I love Red Box Games figures, and the way you have painted them, they seem even more attractive!

Nearly done. He looks very shiny in the photo but that'll matt down with a bit of varnish.
-
Oh that's made my day that has! Stupendous! :-*
-
I'll just echo the above post. :-* :-* :-*
-
Whoooo-eeee! :-*
-
Made myself a lot more work than originally intended with this piece but the OSL is good practice.

-
Now that is very nice! :-*
-
Ilove those minis. And I definetely love your painting style. It looks so clean yet at the same time the miniatures have a wonderful earthy and used quality about them that I'm frankly really at a loss for a suitable praise. So let's keep it at: Wow, man, far out! :o
-
Finished off the OSL and gave it a coat of matt. Just needs basing now.

Lovely! Just lovely!! :o
-
Superb painting on some excellent miniatures. Having painted a fair few of Tre's sculpts myself - but to nowhere near your level! - I can really appreciate the effort you've put into these. Fat Fergus is actually sat in my painting station as I type, awaiting basing and undercoating. Will I be trying OSL? No way...
-
Lovely. I'd like a group photo at some point. Please. :D
-
All done!

There are individual photo's showing the models from different angles on my website HERE (http://stonecoldlead.webs.com/apps/photos/album?albumid=11468718)

Good grief.
Those are beautiful.
*applause*

Beautiful painting choices and execution, as always. But I wonder if the areas of that (surprisingly tall) monk furthest away from his lamp shouldn't be in stark darkness. As it is, it looks as if he has his lamp lit in an otherwise reasonably bright environment.
