We have just added the Steppe Noble cavalry back into the stores, 4 packs of armoured steppe nobles. The lighter troops will be on soon. I have painted 3 so far and will finish at least 12 for use as Khazars etc in my Byzantines. The light horse are now in the store.

Very nice - both nice sculpts and nice painting! How do these differ from those you did before?

Adam has attached most of the small bits that we used to supply in the older packs. He also changed the heads, added armour, added new figures and selected the heads that fit better with the individual steppe tribes, eg the current packs ST1-4 have been aimed towards Khazars and Gok Turks etc. the next batch will be the Hunnic types. The bows and the hand holding them have been separated from the bodies to help in casting and permit positioning rather than the rather static previous vertical alignment.
The new moulds were needed so we have added what we have learnt in the years since we did the originals. I can post some old v new soon if you wish.

Keith awesome. My question is Belisarian Byzantine or Avar? Choices, choices! When I follow the link to your website I see that you plan to bring back the Republican Roman range. Can we also expect to see the Etruscan and Italian Hill Tribes back in production any time soon?

Redo the Italian Hill Tribes
Redo the packs that we haven't done yet in the EIR and Sassanid ranges.
That should keep us busy.
