Future Predators in 28mm
« on: August 17, 2010, 06:27:49 PM »
Reading anevil's post about Primeval Anomalies got me thinking ....  >:(  lol

Spiders, scorpions and dinosaurs are easy to find (especially if you want GIANT ones) but any ideas for Future Predators?

Heresy's devil dogs are just too dog like and the Ben 10 Wildmutt figure is too darn big.

Ideas?

I always find the idea of subterranean creatures like the Graboids from Tremors to be pretty creepy. There's various giant horror worm models about.

What film is that creature in your link from? It looks awesome!

it a UK series called Primeval, usually dinos are the beasts per episode... ran for 3 series, was axed by ITV and has been commissioned for another 2 series by a partnership including the BBC if memory serves...

I never watched that series, but just ordered the 1-3 boxed set while it's on sale on Amazon  lol

I always thought it was something to do with Dr Who (which I'm not really a fan of), so didn't watch it when it was on. Turns out I was getting it mixed up with something else. Primeval sounds right up my street!

I think it's series 1 episode 2 or 3 that has Hannah Spearitt in her pants for several scenes... something for the dads...

it's an ok series, although Helen's motives are a bit vague and at no point over three series does anyone question where the anomalies come from or why they are converging in the 21st century...

How big do you want it?  :D

What about the newest GW Ghouls? Shouldn't be too hard to change.

So many projects..... so little time.......

I bought some of Heresy's Lurkers to use as future predators. They're OOP at the moment as Andy's resculpting them. Depends on how quickly you need them.

Those would work pretty well for them

Would work well for anyone doing "Symbiot" figures for Spider-Man/Super heros too.
Looking for a set of rules that adaptable for different genres.
