What I painted in February of 2024
« on: February 04, 2024, 12:38:35 AM »
Hope no one minds me starting this months eye candy:

A trio of Palaeo Diet animals:

and an Ent (who may make it into the above games but not sure yet):

Woolly Rhinos (50mm oval base)  and Ent (60mm oval base) are 3D prints resized for 15mm from Irongate Scenery (special order)
Elasmotherium (technically started in Jan on a 60mm oval base) is a Mick Yarrow Ice Age figure

I had quite a productive first few days of February.

Painted up a 3D printed shuttle/escape pod I bought via Etsy.

Then I finished some some figures based on Gort, the robot from the 1951 science fiction film The Day the Earth Stood Still.

Lastly, some aliens based on the Martians from the 1953 film version of 'The War of the Worlds'.

I painted five buildings to use with my 10mm Seven Years War armies. Three Warbases laser cut models and two 3D prints.

Re-started a project and working towards that we have some converted blood axe commandos, done a.... while ago so some of the converting work is a bit rough, never mind though, they look better at tabletop distances.
